How does the tier ranking system work?

Our tier system uses S, A, B, C, D rankings where S-tier (5 points) represents the absolute best items, A-tier (4 points) for excellent items, B-tier (3 points) for good items, C-tier (2 points) for average items, and D-tier (0 points) for poor items. Final rankings are determined by averaging all community votes for each item.
